f2n Business Network was founded by Nina Sardar, Winner of the ion Leadership Award at the 2016 Conwy Business Awards, Finalist Corporate Social Responsibility Award 2016 at Conwy Business Awards and Twtr ranked top 10% of user on social media 2015.

Nina was ranked 8th in PHA Media’s Emerging Female Entrepreneur’s on Twitter 2015, Wales Business Insider magazine Rising Star 2014, Finalist for Conwy Business Woman of the Year and Leading Wales Awards 2010 and Networking Woman of the Year 2009; Nina is an advocate of networking and is passionate about providing the highest quality of service for members.

Nina is the granddaughter of Rudolph Forte, cousin of Sir Rocco Forte. Rudolph was born in Mortale a village in Italy now Monforte, Casalattico, in the province of Frosinone. Business is quite literally in the blood.

Nina worked in senior business development and marketing roles for over 10 years. In 2009 at the age of 31, whilst working full time and looking after her four year old son, Nina founded and Chaired a not-for-profit business network which is still active in North Wales and was the youngest Director and Vice Chair of North Wales Women’s Network (a not-for-profit co-operative).

Nina has been a Design & Marketing Mentor with Venture Wales & Entrepreneur Action and is currently a Mentor with the Business Wales Mentoring Scheme. Nina also sits on the Industry Panel for Leadership Management Wales. In 2014 Nina was named as one of the top 25 Rising Stars in Wales Business Insider magazine.

In 2010 Nina set up f2n Business Network which is a national independent business networking organisation that provides business support and networking for professionals.

Since we began, f2n Business Network members have generated in excess of £10 million of invoiced business through attending f2n events..
