Ian Wainwright
I’m Ian Wainwright, founder of Pinestar Ltd and No Fluff Project Management. I’ve spent more than 35 years delivering projects and change across a range of organisations and sectors, and I now use that experience to help businesses improve how they manage projects, change and growth. I work mainly with SMEs and organisations that need to deliver important projects but do not always have a full-time project manager or established project function. I help them get projects under control, put the right structure in place and build the capability of the people delivering them. Alongside consultancy work, I provide practical project management training designed for people who need to get projects delivered rather than become project management theorists. I’m based in North Wales and have a particular interest in helping local businesses strengthen their project delivery capability so they are better placed to benefit from the investment coming into the region. |
