By using this Website you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them. These terms and conditions and your use of this Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you are not authorised to use this Website.
You may print off and keep a copy of these terms. They are a legal agreement between you and f2n Business Network (“us”) and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the Website. Continued use of the f2n Business Network website shall be deemed acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
Other terms may apply in respect of certain areas of the Website. If this is the case, you will be made aware of the terms which apply to those areas.

Membership Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy will govern your membership with f2n Business Network. Please also see the f2n Business Network Website Terms and Conditions which will govern your use of the f2n Business Network Website, www.f2n.co.uk
In these terms and conditions the following words shall bear the following meaning:
f2n Business Network means Nina Sardar, Trading as f2n Business Network,
c/o registered address 112 Deganwy Road, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 1NA.
Member means any Member of f2n Business Network or any person or persons intending to or who have applied for membership of f2n Business Network upon the terms and conditions contained herein.
The Membership Year will run for 12 months from the date an Individual Member joins f2n Business Network . For Corporate Membership the Membership Year will run for 12 months from the date that the Lead Corporate Member joins f2n Business Network.
Event or Events means any of the activities or events organised by f2n Business Network for its Members.
Website means the f2n Business Network Website www.f2n.co.uk
1. Membership
Members of f2n Business Network will be invited to attend events organised by f2n Business Network. Details of such events will be uploaded on the Website as well as being emailed to Members by e-newsletter for which they must opt in via the website.
2. Membership Details
All applications for membership of f2n Business Network are to be made via the Website via PayPal. By submitting the application form online, the Member must have read the terms and conditions and must abide by these.
On completion of an application form, each new Member will receive a joining email which will include information such as their renewal date.
On acceptance of the membership application by f2n Business Network, Members shall be bound during the continuance of membership by these Terms and Conditions including any amendments made in accordance with the procedure set out below.
f2n Business Network reserves the right at all times and in its absolute discretion to determine the number of Members in f2n Business Network and may accept or reject applications for membership as it sees fit.
The annual membership fee for individual membership is
£250 for one year or £25 a month
For corporate annual membership, the annual membership fee starts at
£430 a year or £40 a month - for two-three staff from one organisation or
£600 a year or £55 a month - for four-five staff from one organisation or
£1100 a year or £95 a month - for six-ten members from one organisation.
Corporate members must all work for the same company and be in the same department or based at the same address. The Lead Member will be the main point of contact for all membership emails and enquiries and will be contacted when renewal is due.
Your company may want to re-allocate membership should someone leave the company. If this is the case, there will be a administration charge of £15.
All membership monies are payable in sterling, with preferred payment being an online payment. Payment can be made by a debit payment or by credit card via paypal. Payment for annual corporate membership can also be made by cheque to Mrs N L Sardar.
Membership fees are revised annually and will be notified to Members in writing via email or via the website.
3. f2n Business Network Members Profile
Members will be asked to fill in personal details such as name, e-mail address, membership type (individual or corporate), services they offer, phone number and website.
Any Member wishing to change, add or delete any information on themselves held on the Members profile section of the Website can contact the Website administrator by emailing info@f2n.co.uk
Information held on the f2n Business Network Members profile page is subject to the f2n Business Network Privacy Policy.
Members are responsible for ensuring any logos, photos, etc provided are copyright free and are able to be used without charge.
4. Terminating Membership
Membership is to be renewed annually. f2n Business Network will email each Member once the membership is coming up to renewal. If a Member does not pay the annual membership fee then the membership is not continued and the Member will not have the benefit of membership.
f2n Business Network reserves the right to expel Members or to prevent any Member from participating in any Event or from renewing membership if the Member puts the organisation into disrepute, displays aggressive or poor behaviour to the host or other members or if a Member continuously fails to attend events which she has signed up to or if the Member is misusing the membership forum, Facebook members group, f2n Business Network Linkedin group for example, e-mail spamming, etc.
If, for whatever reason, a Member wishes to terminate his or her Membership, he/she must give 28 days notice of this in writing to f2n Business Network. We regret we are unable to offer refunds if membership is cancelled for whatever reason before the renewal date unless we receive notice of cancellation within 14 days of taking out membership.
Members who have signed up for monthly memberships.
If the direct debit is cancelled and not restarted and not all of the first 12 payments have been made the remaining membership cost up to and including 12 months (1 year’s membership) will be invoiced to the member.
5. Events
Members will be informed of forthcoming f2n Business Network Events by e-newsletter or on the Website. Members can sign up to an event via the Website event booking system as a “f2n Business Network Member”. Most of our events are complimentary for members to attend, however some do have a charge. This will be made clear on the booking page.
Members, New Guests & Returning Guests shall not hold f2n Business Network responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for the cancellation for whatever reason of an Event.
If a New or Returning Guest has signed up to attend an Event but is unable to attend the Event, they must contact f2n Business Network Head Office on info@f2n.co.uk or 07836 752136 at least 24 hours prior to the Event. Refunds for Returning Guest tickets will be given in line with our Eventbrite booking system.
Where cancellation arises and is the fault of a supplier of an Event, f2n Business Network will use its reasonable endeavours to procure the return of the booking fees and any other monies paid by Member for such Event.
Members agree to comply with any necessary health and safety regulations applicable to any Event attended.
6. Variation of Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions may be revised from time to time. If they are revised, we will post the revised version to you or email them to you. It will be your responsibility to keep up-to date with all such changes and your membership renewal and continued use of the Website shall be deemed acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
7. Data Protection and Intellectual Property
We will respect the privacy of your data which you supply to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and forms part of these terms and conditions, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable data protection legislation. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your data accurate and up to date and to send us new or revised data where appropriate. You further agree that we may use your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
It is your responsibility to keep your password and log-in details confidential and use the security devices offered. Our security measures depend on you complying with this obligation and we are not responsible for any breach of your privacy due to your failure either to keep your password/login secure or to use the other security devices correctly.
We will use your data to administer your membership and Events you attend. When you attend an Event your name may be included on a delegate list. Where you obtain information about other Members you must use this in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Other Members may also use the personal data you make available in the Members directory. Do not make any information public which you do not want other Members to see.
If you have a concern about how another Member is using your personal data, or if you think it is being used in breach of these terms, please contact us at info@f2n.co.uk
You acknowledge that the internet is not a completely secure medium, and we therefore cannot be responsible for breaches of security arising out of intentional and/or unauthorised attempts to access the Site, for example, by computer hackers. In addition, we are not responsible for the use made of your personal data by other Members who access it through the Site.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English & Welsh law and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Welsh Courts.
