North Wales Leadership Programme launch
2026 01 08
f2n Business Network have developed the Visionary Men & Women Lead Change programmes, running over one calendar year (Jan - Dec 2026).

Did you miss us? Well I missed you and I’m delighted to be relaunching the network this Autumn!
As of October 1st f2n Business Network will be back hosting over 150 relaxed business networking meetings each year across North Wales and Cheshire.
So where have I been? I can’t fill you in on the last seven years of my life otherwise this would be a really long news article; but what I can say is that my family has expanded quite a bit, I now have four Sons ranging from two to nineteen years. Being a parent for me is the most rewarding, exhausting and demanding job. If you can do that you can do anything! For those who met my eldest Son Zach at networking meetings over the year’s, he got an Engineering Apprenticeship with Airbus and will be going into his second year this Autumn, I’m so proud of him and all his achievements.
The one thing you miss bringing up small children in particular is the sheer lack of scintillating conversation, it’s amazing how all the conversations you have revolve around the children. Not once in seven years have I been asked what I did for a job, where I worked, etc….all our focus is the children.
Those who know me know that I thrive at finding out what’s on in the region and who it might benefit, having those really interesting 1-to-1 meetings where you discuss something you hadn’t expected, the sheer joy of meeting friends in business and most of all not knowing who I will meet that day, who I can help, who I can bring together……the pure joy of connecting people!
I’m so excited to be relaunching the network. I’ve had so many wonderful conversations, emails and messages just in the last couple of weeks, many just saying “Sign me back up!”. It’s not something I’m taking for granted. Every member who returns is absolutely fabulous……the cherry on the icing of the cake!
I want to take this opportunity to thank our Members, Branch Managers and venues for their ongoing and unwavering support and I would like to take this opportunity to invite you attend one of our events….not all networking is the same, so please visit us to see how f2n Business Network can help develop you and your business.

f2n Business Network have developed the Visionary Men Lead Change programme, running over one calendar year (Jan - Dec 2026).
Men in particular benefit from this type of support because, even in 2025, many still face structural, cultural, and practical barriers that can limit their professional growth, visibility, and influence — and those challenges are often compounded at leadership level.
It’s one of the most critical ingredients behind the success of f2n Business Network — and the reason our members genuinely win new business.
Imagine this:
You’re at a networking event.
Someone says, “I’d love an introduction to construction companies in Conwy.”
Your best friend owns a construction company in Abergele.
You know them well. You could connect them.
But you don’t.
Why?
Wow, wow, wow — what a wonderful evening we had last night!
The f2n Business Network members’ Christmas Party – “Black Tie and Bling” was absolutely incredible.
THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!
f2n Business Network Quality Moments Matter appeal, supported through the “Buy Nina a Virtual Cappuccino” and “Donate to Join” mini-campaigns, has now raised an amazing £552 for Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith.
For many aspiring entrepreneurs, the idea of launching a business feels exciting… and terrifying at the same time. Yet, most of the barriers are mental rather than financial. Here’s what I see holding people back—and how to overcome it:
Delighted to have taken part in Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith “Let’s Do Dinner” – though in our case, it was lunch!
