Hope House Children's Hospices - Hope House at Oswestry and Tŷ Gobaith at Conwy - provide care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales. A range of services is offered, including respite and end-of-life care at the hospices and/or within the family home, and support such as counselling, advocacy and the promotion of children, young people's and carers' rights.

I'm Sian, an Area Fundraiser for Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices, where we provide specialist care, respite, and emotional support for local children with life‑threatening conditions and their families. I’m fortunate to work with our amazing supporters across Conwy and Denbighshire, helping them as they take on daring challenges, host fundraising events, and build corporate partnerships that raise the vital funds needed to sustain our services. It is a true privilege to be part of this amazing charity, which brings comfort and hope to families when they need it most.

I am Nikki, an Area Fundraiser for Hope House & Ty Gobaith’s Children’s Hospices, a charity that provide end of life and respite care to local children with life-threatening conditions. I look after our wonderful supporters on Anglesey and parts of Gwynedd and Conwy. My job is to support communities, individuals and corporates to raise vital funds for the work we do as well as organising our own fundraising events. It is an honour to work for this incredible charity that truly are a lifeline to so many local families.

Alison Denton

At St David’s Hospice, our mission is to ensure that the people of Anglesey, Conwy, and Gwynedd receive the end-of-life care they deserve. We support patients diagnosed with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, MND, heart failure, and Parkinson's disease. Our services include a 10-bed inpatient unit and day therapy unit in Llandudno, together with a Day Therapy unit at Hafan Dewi Sant, Bangor. Our day therapy units can provide - pain management, occupational therapy, holistic therapies and a bereavement service for patient’s loved ones. 
My role as their Corporate and Schools Fundraiser is to drive and inspire corporate fundraising efforts, fostering strategic partnerships and increasing awareness of the amazing work and services that St David's Hospice provide.

Andy Everley

Born and bred in Conwy, North Wales, I emigrated to Australia with my family at the age of 13, where I completed my schooling and studied Film & TV. I then spent 15 years working in the print and marketing industry before returning home to Conwy. Since my return, I have worked in the hospice charity sector and am currently the Fundraising Manager at Hope House Ty Gobaith children’s hospices . I absolutely love being part of Ty Gobaith, supporting and making a difference to local families is incredibly rewarding, and it’s a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated and passionate team.

I’m Rhian, Fundraising, Events & Campaigns Manager at St David’s Hospice, where we provide specialist end-of-life care and support for patients across Conwy, Gwynedd, and Anglesey. With a background in Health and Social Care, I’ve always been passionate about supporting people through life’s most challenging moments. I now lead on creating meaningful experiences that bring our community together, from glow-filled walks to heartfelt campaigns, all while raising vital funds to support our specialist services. I’m fortunate to work with a fantastic team and alongside our incredible supporters, helping them celebrate loved ones, build partnerships, and make a lasting difference to local hospice care. It’s a privilege to be part of a charity that brings comfort, dignity, and hope to families when they need it most.
