My name is Paula and I support people in their inner exploration. I help people to feel the spark of possibility, and then gain the clarity and confidence to go after it. I'm trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Positive Psychology and Astrology, and I use a blend of these that works best for my clients. I facilitate a space for my clients to explore how they want their life to be, a space free from judgement and "shoulds", a space to think and create.
